Reservation and Payment:

1. All reservations must be made in advance through our website or in person at the center.

2. Payment is required upon arrival for your session.

3. We only accept QR payment methods.

4. To cancel or reschedule a reservation, please call us directly at 0178087017 for the Bandar Sunway branch or 0123147017 for the Cyberjaya branch.

5. You may receive a call from 0178087017 or 0123147017 to remind you about your reservation roughly an hour prior to your session.

 

Please note: We do not accept reservations for computer gaming. Reservations are currently available for console gaming and sim racing only.

If you do not inform us and do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved slot, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you still wish to play, you will need to make a new reservation based on availability.

 

Session Rules:

1. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time.

2. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time and will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

3. Participants must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by our staff.

4. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Any participant suspected of being under the influence will be refused entry without a refund.

Safety and Conduct:

1. All participants must wear the provided safety equipment at all times.

2. Any participant who fails to adhere to safety instructions or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

3. Parents or guardians must accompany participants under the age of 12.

Equipment and Liability:

1. Participants are responsible for the equipment they use during their session.

2. Any damage to equipment caused by deliberate misuse will be the financial responsibility of the participant.

 
No - Show Policy:

1. If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a no-show.

2. No-shows will result in a ban from making future reservations at Cove Circuit.

3. To avoid being banned, please ensure you cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 12 hours in advance by calling the respective branch.

Disclaimer:

By reserving a session at Cove Circuit, operated by Cove Esport Sdn Bhd, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: You understand and accept that participation in sim racing activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

 

Release of Liability: Cove Circuit, operated by Cove Esport Sdn Bhd, its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your participation in sim racing activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cove Circuit, operated by Cove Esport Sdn Bhd, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in sim racing activities or any breach of these terms.

Equipment Responsibility: You will be held liable for any damage to our equipment caused by deliberate actions, misuse, or negligence. You agree to reimburse Cove Circuit, operated by Cove Esport Sdn Bhd, for the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged equipment.

Consent Disclaimer: By proceeding with the reservation and participating in the activities at Cove Circuit, operated by Cove Esport Sdn Bhd, you provide your informed consent to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, you should not proceed with the reservation or participation.
